My sons phone isn't working with mobile data,he also has enough data.Ive tried sending settings to his phone which doesn't work also switching phone off and switching aeroplane mode on and off.
Im paying for a service I'm not receiving.

The sky signal is rubbish where we live so use mobile data to ring,really concerning when I can't get in touch with him as he's only 11!

Yes,but the signal is not good and my signal isn't good either so he would ring through the mobile data.
