@Alex2308  Unless you're outside the initial 12 month period then I'm afraid you won't be able to cancel the sim, Sky won;t change a number for such a reason as spam calls can be received by any sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Change number

I've managed to change my number previously so what's the issue now?

Then in that case you need to speak to Sky and do it the saem way as last time, the community can't do this for you.

But don't be suprised if they refuse this time.

Re: Change number

I'm sure they'll be able to assist my needs. I didn't realise I was speaking to somebody who doesn't even work for sky. Do sky employees reply on here?

@Alex2308

As stated if you have had it more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a new (but almost certainly recycled) number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.

Otherwise Sky won't change it unless the calls/texts are threatening and you've reported the incidents to the police and can provide a crime/incident number.

For issues like this as you did before you will need to call them. 150 is the free number to use.
