eSIM but not receiving messages, can send but dont receive any.
I converted to an eSIM having a replacement phone last week, since then I am not able to receive messages. I can send messages and these go through but no responses or messages are being received. Can anybody help?

Hi @Prodr at a guess I would say you need to convert back to a physical sim then once that's activated try converting to an esim again if you still want to. Call sky on 150 for help.
