@Paula09 You need to call Sky to do that, be aware though there is only a small set of circumstances that Sky allow a name change on an account.

Your name can only be changed if:

• Marriage - Change of title / surname
• Divorce - Change of title / surname
• Spelling corrections - Incorrect spelling of the name on the account
• Updating the first initial to show the full name - Updating the first name
