Hi
I have ordered a new mobile device and sim for my daughter but need it delivered to where we are staying at the moment. It wouldn't give me an option for delivery address when I ordered

Find out moreYou have gone about this the wrong way as the delivery address can not be changed once the order has been placed, so if you do need it changed you will need to call Sky and ask them to cancel this and update your address. You would then need to place a new order which will mean you will be credit checked again.
