I received a sim to a new phone but didn't activate it and it's no longer letting me activate it? Can this not be resolved?

Find out moreHow long have you had this sim because if when you ordered it there was an offer on it you have 30 days to activate it before it is cancelled or a month or so if there was no offer so if either apply to you then you would need to order yourself a new one to activate and use:

Bought it in June as a present for my son so a good while ago, so I'll need a new sim basically

That is correct as you have delayed it to long to activate the sim.
