Hi everyone

Just changed my phone to a samsung s8, transferred the sim and sd card, all works fine apart from I can't receive phone calls, just goes straight to voicemail...any ideas?

On your phone:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

As this should stop people from being able to leave you a voicemail.

Hi

Don't want to stop people leaving voicemails, the problem is that the phone doesn't ring, the call just goes straight to voicmaile

All you can do then it to report this fault to Sky on the free 150 number.
