Change address

I changed my address yesterday to 2 glenhoy drive and I would like to change it back to 76 Coolagh Road as it matches my billing addresses, this is still my home house, I have tried to swap my phone but it says that I keep failing a credit check and that is because my new address does not match my billing address so I would like to change it back please

You need to as presumably what you did before and that is to call Sky so they can change your address for you. 150 is the number to use if your mobile has a Sky sim in it.
