Phone and iPad off-line

Why does my phone and keep telling me they are off-line it's all I've had. The Sky broke and fitted and in around 15-20 days

You may need to explain this in a bit more detail as it doesn't make sense.

Is this when on wifi or mobile data or even both ?

Have you tried turning the iPad off and back on again ?

 

Is your wifi working on any other devices you have ?
