I've just recently moved house and have been unable to change my home address on my Sky Mobile account.
I've called the number as it says to do, however it just sends me a link which leads me to changing my address for broadband.
Is anyone able to help with this please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can only do it by calling so persevere on the phone and if necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
