New phone, already with Sky, do I need to replace my sim?
I've got a new phone, already with Sky, have been sent a new sim but it won't activate.

If you already have a sim with Sky then just use that in your new phone as you do not need to activate the new sim because if you do then you will be paying for two sims along with your phone.
