You can only do it by calling so persevere on the phone and if necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

What doesn't work? Calling Sky to change your address is the only way to do it.

In what way doesn't it work, as you need to call Sky to speak to someone who then changes the details for you. To get through when asked any questions by the bot say nothing.
