Cant make or receive calls

I have been unable to make or receive calls in my area all week. I can when out of the area. I didn't even know, sky didn't inform me that a mast was down. Had to research. They keep saying it's fixed, then it isn't etc. Does anyone know what I can do, I find it silly they have not communicated anything and I am on emergency call with work

Sky don't own any masts so are reliant on others for repairs. If your phone has WiFi calling then turn that on at home.

It's saying there are no issues and so I have reported it again. They keep saying they've fixed it but nothing is fixed.
