No internet connection

I have not been able to use my phone properly for weeks, can't use Internet outside of house, I have to use mobile data where I shouldn't have to and didn't need to before

Hi @Jackie10274  sorry but you post is confusing, when away from home WiFi you will have to use mobile data to access the internet ?
