Obviously phoning sky is a terrible experience so using the website should be preferable. All I get is Ooops Something Went Wrong Message at every turn. Spent hours on phone trying to get it to work and it is exactly the same. Cannot link account on line as you guessed it 'Ooops something went wrong'. I cannot see bills and payments, my devices or upgrade options. Thinking of leaving as the service is second rate and just unusable.

Find out moreTo get you some help with the linking issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
