Cannot upgrade as it says my services are restricted
I am trying to upgrade my phone but it keeps saying my services are restricted. Nothing is outstanding and I spoke to sky last week who confirmed it was an error and will be fixed in 2 days. Still not fixed and I have had the error for months was told previously I had too many devices but now I only have 2 devices so this is not the issue

As customers here there is nothing we can do for you other than to suggest you call Sky back again and ask them to place the upgrade order for you.
