Keypad not Selecting Options

If I phone a service that requires me to pick an option to get through to a specific department, I press the number but it's not doing anything. I've tried different numbers or a symbol but it just keeps repeating the options as it's not registering my choice I have reboot the phone more than once, also tried it whilst hands free in the car and using the cars on screen keypad. Still nothing. Need to contact people but can't choose an option.

This is happening to me too - I keep getting cut off because no digit has been selected

I've had the same issue. I found that turning the wifi off in settings solved the problem... Just remember to turn back on after your call.

Hello, thanks for that - how odd?

Frustratingly, it didn't work for me. I turned it off before the call but it still didn't register my selection. All ideas are greatly appreciated though - I'm at a loss.

We’re seeing multiple reports from our customers who are Sky Mobile users experiencing issues when selecting certain options on our auto attendant. This is causing some of them to be unable to reach us, which is impacting our ability to support them effectively.


Just wanted to flag that this isn’t an isolated case on the caller side—it’s affecting us as a business on the receiving end too. If anyone from Sky or the community has updates or workarounds, we’d appreciate any guidance.
