Cannot sign my mobile agreement just loops
Hi, I have been with Sky for over 20 years and I uograded my broadband and ordered a phone and sim but it wont let me sign the credit agreement for the phone, it just loops to Sky mobile Black friday deals when I click on it. I have tried 3 different browsers, my phone and a PC at different location and all go on same loop. Any message in inbox relating to Sky mobile gets an error. Thanks

Make sure you are signed in with the same details that you used when ordering it. If this do0es work then you will have to call or use social media to contact Sky for help with this.

Thanks but no that did same thing so I will ring them again tomorrow for tech support, they was supposed to ring me back but didnt

I am 16 year sky customer and having exact same issues.. Cant sign any agreements, my account is constantly showing error messages and all since we moved house. To top it off people have hung up on me, promised me things they do not deliver on, still with the tech team, but I still have zero access to sky tv other than on mobile (no tv access at all for over a month now) and this is simply not good enough. To top it off tried to order sky glass for new place and a new mobile in black friday deals for my daughter and i can't open the credit agreement. Loops me back round to the Blakc friday deals page constantly. I am signed in, have tried different methods (phone, app, laptop to no avail). tired of the terrible service and constant lies. Will be leaving. Had enough of sky's lies and terrible service. Such a shame as before we moved house everything had been great!
