Sky mobile bill incorrect??!!

My sky mobile phone bill for next month is completely incorrect as I'm being charged for an Apple iPad that I've not received or wanted, I refused it when courier tried to deliver it and called Sky customer services to tell them to remove it from my bill (which they said they'd done??!!)

Also my bill is showing two lots of £25.00 fir my upgrade of mobile phone from iPhone 15 to IPhone 17, this is incorrect too??!!

Please help!!!

Hi @Katie2521  this isn't sky CS here so no one can see your bills. When did you send the iPad and 15 back ? It's taking at least 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and until they are you will continue to be charged. Once processed any overpayment will be returned.
