The data for all my devices has now been restored and I can roll data from piggy bank.

To confirm rolling Piggybank data is now fixed🎊

 

There were no known issues with Mobile data that we could see, has this since been resolved along with Piggybank?

I was sure I had more data in both accounts before they went to zero but I have now rolled data from the piggyback successfully. Feel I had lost some data though not sure if you can check the accounts??

Just to confirm I also had this issue. I couldn't roll data AND I was unable to use my phone as I had zero data on my SIM.

i was eventually able to Roll data, and I now see that my  "missing" data has returned.

Hi.  I had about 13 gb of data left on the 28th sept which I wanted to rollover but today I looked and it is only showing last months amount that was  0.97gb and the 13 gb from this month seems to have disappeared.  Any idea if there is an issue with this months rollover please.
