Cannot receive or make calls in Tenerife

Currently on holiday with 4 sky mobile phones - non of them can call out or receive calls - followed all the steps advised by sky and turned plane mode on and off (advice seen on previous threads ) which has not worked - cannot call sky as we cannot call out .. impossible to talk to anyone .. getting really annoyed now as need access to our phones - Any advice?

Where are you on holiday? Ive re entry been to Halifax England and had no signal and now back home in Bridlington and no signal. Poor service from Sky. Becoming a regular thing.

A few customers currently in Spain have reported issues over the last few days and Skybarecaware of it. A customer @Lms5has posted this:

"I disconnected VolTe and activate the 2G and I can make calls and receive too again" which has worked for some.

No ISP guarantees network coverage whilst abroad as is mentioned in the T's and C's. Sky have no control over it.

Your issue is unconnected to the issue the OP is having in Tenerife. 

Does any relevant information show on this link?

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
