Hello, I've been trying for hours to order a sky mobile phone and contract, but either it says there are technical issues, or goes to the end just before checkout saying session has timed out. Unfortunately I'm going to have to call and try to order but cannot find a number for this at all. Unhappy as well as the chat isn't working and to call costs if you aren't already a mobile customer. Can anyone assist?

If you already have a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Apparently the quieter times are just after 7am or about 9pm.

I am having the same problem, it appears to be an ongoing problem looking via the Community discussions. I want to look through the various phone options, but get either " Tecnical issues, our problem, not yours, refresh the page ", or session timed out. I have tried three different search engines and even got my Brother to try on his mobile, thinking it was me, but he got the same response. It is ironic as I have been having problems with my current phone network for a while and thought it was about time I got a sart phone and put everything with Sky
