Paying for two devices

I went into my sky account and it told me I could upgrade. So I did to an iPhone 13. Now I have just noticed that I am paying for two devices . My last iPhone 12 and my new iPhone 13. I though I had just upgraded

Hi @Carterjay  sky operate a swap system where at 12 or 24 months (depending on which deal you signed up to) you can send your old phone back and that's used to pay the remainder of the contract (provided it's in good condition). If you don't swap you will still be paying for the old phone as well as the new one.

Whn you upgraded Sky would have given you a value for your iphone 12 based on the condition from the details you provided. If the value was enough to pay off what you owe on it then it will be paid off the device but due to a cross over on when you returned the device and when you are billed it can take a little time to settle this so what does your online account say that is owed on on the iphone 12 ?
