Cannot move mobile to Sky!

I have a Sky Glass account and am looking to move my mobile to Sky.

 

When I click on a deal I just get a message saying 'unable to process your request' and asking if i want to go back to 'manage my account.'  I would have thought Sky would be keen to have me!

 

Any way past the impasse?

Have you tried doing this when you are not signed into your Sky Glass account, if you have and the same happens then all you can do is to call Sky to get the order placed.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
