Messages from Sky that are impossible to decipher

I am abroad and have had several messages from Sky but the messages are gambled. Seems like a scam but I can't contact them to check

Where abouts are you as these messages might be related to your roaming so to tell you that you are starting another £2 billing period depending on where you are.

I am in Lanzarote 

I get a daily text advising about roaming charges

That's fine

But I have had three voicemail messages that purport to come from Sky

But they are garbled and I cannot understand any of it
