Cannot make or receive calls

Since 3pm yesterday I cannot make or receive calls 

it looks like I have signal. 

How can I speak to someone from sky about it

My husband & I have same issue. No contact phone number to help???

It's a disaster

I've no number to ring to even confirm an issue

im in south east irl

my daughter is also a sky mobile customer and her phone is working which means it's not a network issue. 
it's like my problem is a sim issue

but the phone is showing that I do have signal

Same here. Neither my husband or I have been umable to make calls since yrsterday evening. Chatted with a bot which was useless!!

Yes same problem here in Cork for my wife and I - she can make landline calls but not to mobiles! 

We can text/SMS each other but not call

I have had no network in Sheerness Kent for last 2 days works OK elsewhere

No one seems interested  at sky not happy

I left another company after being with them decades because of a deal but to be honest being able to get hold of someone to have issues addressed is very important 

  I did get sorted today. Eventually. And the customer service rep was good. But I think being able to make a call from a phone and receive a call is basic for owning a phone 🤐
