Cannot link sky iD or sign credit agreement

Links in emails asking me to link my Sky iD and sign credit agreement don't go anywhere. I have tried the sky web page for signing credit agreement but it just takes me to the main Sky Mobile landing page. When I try to link my Sky iD (which I'm told I need to do before signing credit agreement), after putting my information it has an error message. I have spoken to Sky on the phone and they cancelled my first order and sent me all emails and credit agreements to sign again but I am having the same problem. I feel like I have tried everything but really need to have the phone ordered today. Sky help online chat has an error message too so I'm a bit stuck, and I have trawled through the posts where lots of people have the same problem but none of those solutions are working for me. For context, I did have a previous email address registered with Sky and I've seen people talk about unlinking that one, but I don't have an option to do that on my old account. I am desperate for some guidance! Thank you in advance.
