New sim not working

Just got new sim put in phone and when online to activate it and got email saying it taking longer been 20 hours later and still. It working

What does the email say, does it say they are still activating the sim. If so and it still isn't working then I would contact Sky via either another phone or social media so they can send you another sim to try.

It say 

Your new SIM is taking longer than usual to activate.
 
We're doing everything we can to get you up and running, but if your SIM’s still not active within 24 hours please call us I can't call them as no sim and try online chat but not letting me

Then you are left with what I mentioned, social media and the likes of Facebook messenger....

If you haven't got another phone then I'm not sure if any other way to contact Sky ?
