Cannot hear when making an outbound call

When making an outbound call from my Sky Mobile SIM, when answered the recipent can hear me but I cannot hear them..!!

Any suggestions please, as this has been going on for several weeks now and is frustrating as it is my work phone...??

Is the speaker working on your phone?  Do you have another phone to try?  Or another SIM to isolate the issue?

You say it's a 'work phone'?  You have a Sky business contract?

I have been having the same problem, friends also say they have been trying to ring me but the phone has not rung at my end. Very frustrating. I rang sky and they sent me a new sim but it still seems to be happening. Is yours an i-hone pro?

This happened to me after I joined sky woth eSIM and got my number transferred over when the transfer was completed I uninstalled eSIM then reinstalled and seems to have solved the issue hope this helps
