Not been able to txt or call have no Internet access unless on wirefi

Says its a technical fault but dont know what ,no mast issues either they have said! 5 days now

Sky have said its not a mast issue so 6 days now not being able to call out or text ,all 4 sims in the house the same!

It's  been 4 days for me and only my phone out 6 in the house

Ours just all started suddenly working at about 1pm today? No explanation from sky ,hope your phones up and running soon!
