Cancellation of credit contract

I called sky as I could not get my order due to no stock to which they reordered phone in a different colour and had to cancel previous order/contract but I received an email saying I would have to pay in full or send product back but due to not even receiving the product in the first place do I still need to pay that 800 pound or not ? 
a new contract has been ordered ext so I should receive that in a few days

Hi @TL10  its hard for us to say what's happened and what will happen. If you call sky they may be able to shed some light on what's going on.
