Cancel sky mobile order

Hello I ordered the new iPhone 11 Pro Max a few days ago and it is currently out of stock to pay monthly however I want to cancel my order as soon as possible as I no longer need the phone but it seems to be impossible to cancel my order can someone please help me because it's stressing me out and I really want to cancel my order before it arrives in four weeks thank you
