Cancel sim

I want to cancel my sim as I have been with a signal now for 5 days. Also getting very poor signal at work

@DUNCAN-WELLS  You can't cancel any services through a public forum, you need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @DUNCAN-WELLS  sims can only be cancelled by calling sky. You can call on 150. If you have had the sim less than 12 months then there will be early termination charges.

And that is if Sky agree to let you cancel early as they might not do.
