I ordered my son a SIM card in May with a tablet device. I hadn't activated it yet as I was waiting for his current sim contract to end which it now has, so o have just tried to activate the sim so he can start using it but it's no longer showing on my account to be able to activate it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Kelly11x if not activated within 31 days it drops off your account so you will need to order a new one at sky.com.
