As we are customers here @Arron42 you will need to call Sky to cancel the sim which you can only do is you have been paying for it for 12 months or more.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Re: How to cancel your sim only deal
When you ordered the phone did you also order another data/sim deal, if you didn't then you can use this current sim in the phone. If you did then the only way to cancel the sim is by calling Sky and you can only do this if you have had the sim for 12 months or more.

Re: How to cancel your sim only deal
Hi @Hollie150421 you need to call sky to cancel any contract. Bear in mind if you cancel her contract then she will lose that number and the sim will stop working after the termination period (normally 30 days). If she has a new sim/plan that will have a new number. If you are wanting to keep her old number that can't be ported from one sky sim to another. You would need to get a PAC from sky, port her number to another network on PAYG, once her new sim is active then port back using a PAC from that network.
