I am trying to cancel a contract for my mobile which is finished but cannot access it online. When I try to access it it says page restricted. So how do I get on to the information I need and get it cancelled

If you have finished paying off the device then as this belongs to you and as no further payments should be taken for it you do not need to cancel this.
For the sim if you no longer want to be paying for this anymore then call Sky on 150 to cancel it or get a Pac code to move the number to a different network:

Yes but they are still taking payments so how can I get on to my account. Why is access restricted I don't understand

Are they taking payments for the phone or just the sim or both ?
If you are seeing a restricted message then all you using the correct login details, if you believe you are then all you can do is to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
