You can't.  You have to call.

  • I want to cancel a phone order  as I cannot find out how much i owe on my current  phone  contract so I wish to cancel the new handset

To cancel the order if you have only just placed it then you will need to call Sky on 150, say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
