Useless
My services got restricted because payment wasn't made on time, I paid as soon as I got restricted this was now over 30 hours ago, I got a text instantly to say my services are reinstated, 30 hours later still no data, still can't call, still can't text?!

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, but as the restrictions are put on automatically because of a missed or late payment and it is the weekend they will not come off until the payment has cleared on your account

Strange because Payment shows as cleared and all up to date on my account and even received the your services are now active text

It takes a couple of days to clear from your bank account and to actually go in to your sky account may bills show paid on the 14th of each month but don't come up until the 17th of each month as that is the date I have my direct debit come out and when as today the 17th falls on a weekend the payment will not come out until Monday but the bill says paid
