Cancel SIM card

I've been told to take out a 12 month sim only to get a better deal on tv package. Was told to not active SIM card and I don't go into the 12 month contract. Is that correct?

That is correct, if you don't activate the sim then after 30 days it will be cancelled and you will not be charged for it.

That is correct, if you don't activate the sim then after 30 days it will be cancelled and you will not be charged for it.

the sky sim card is not working in my phone so i letting you know to cancel the sim card so cancel sky mobile as well

We are customers here so can not cancel anything for you. The sim can only be cancelled if you have had it for 12 months or more and as for the phone you can only cancel this if you are in the cooling off period at the start of the contract so if both of these do apply to you then call Sky on the free 150 number.
