Hi here are my symptoms
- When I try to make a call I get cannot make call
- I can't use my data (unless I'm abroad)
- can't send or receive messages

Is your SIM application setting set to 'abroad'?

I'm guessing that's in the iPhone settings. If so there is no option for abroad, only roaming

Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
