Can’t upgrade or swap

Hey! So I'm trying to upgrade/swap one of my devices as it's due an upgrade but it keeps saying "technical error" everytime I press add to basket?

@Anonymous2018 You either need to ring Sky to complete the order then or leave it and wait for Sky to sort the error out.
