Low data text alerts

I used to receive text alerts when my data was running low. This has stopped. Can't find out why. Can anyone explain please.

Hi @PeterN1  this has come up before on the forum with no specific answers. You could call sky on 150 and ask them to look into it for you.

If you do call don't let them tell you it will fixed in 24/36 hours etc as they are known to say this when they do not know how to help.
