Can’t turn off Parental Control

Sky mobile app does not allow me to turn off the parental control, even after I have added credit card

 

when clicking on the button, it just doesn't do anything. I have tried with 3 credit cards on several days and on WiFi/5g.

Hi @Mato1  are you following this guide and definitely using credit cards as debit cards won't work ?

If you are using only a credit card @Mato1 then all you can do is to phone Sky on 150 to see if they can do this for you.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
