I placed an order for iPhone 16 pro Black 256 on 22nd November 2024. The delivery came in late by four days on 26th. All excited, I opened the box and it came out to be iPhone 15 promax Natural Titanium. Disappointed called sky helpline to report the issue, they responded that the issue is logged in and someone will contact you in 24hrs. It's been more than 48hrs now, no one has reached out and helpline isn't getting me through to customer service. Whats going on?

Find out moreIt will probably take a bit longer than a day or so to investigate this as they will need to look into why and how the wrong device was supplied. Personally I would give them a week or so before calling again and if you still get no where then you might want to put in a complaint about this:

I understand that investigating such issues might take some time. However, it’s frustrating that there’s been no communication or update despite being told I’d be contacted within 24 hours.
A simple acknowledgment or update would go a long way.

The packing only mentioned it is a phone, nothing more. The box correctly showed it's iPhone 15 promax (on the back of the box). However, since I was expecting it to be 16 pro, I didn't bother to check the box. It only revealed upon me when I opened the box and found that the phone is of natural titanium colour (I was expecting black titanium). Then I went on to read the box and it said 15 promax.
