Can’t send text

My daughter is unable to send any texts, on her iPhone only to other iPhone users. I have checked all the settings but still texts aren't sending. They are showing as sending but we have tried 3 people. How can I sort this

Have you tried sending then saving the networks settings to her phone:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
