Unable to view mobile account

We moved house last year and I changed the address on our sky account, since then we haven't been able to view our mobile package only the Tv, I have reported this to sky over many months now and keep getting fobbed off that it's with a "specialist team" who keep texting saying they have called ,sometimes get a missed call most of the time we don't  . I have complained til I'm beyond frustrated now . I have linked the account to the app , I can  log in but can only see the tv and not one person who has actually called been able to resolve this. We have two emails and have chosen one as the primary email which is all correct. Can anyone advise ! .?

Do use an email address as a login, if you do what happens if you use the other one ?
