I can't call using the normal call button.  Says call failed and has been like that since this afternoon. 😡

disgraceful service only switched yesterday and can't make a call all day

Day 5 now and no incoming calls or can't make outgoing calls. My mother's in hospital. No wifi outside either . I have done everything as my daughter has too but wit EE and she's checked everything I am really angry now as can't get hold of them and chatting to an ai is a waste of time . I have no other phone 😡
