Can’t pass checkout

Hi I'm trying to add another phone and accessorie to my sky account I can add them to the basket but once I press checkout it won't go any further?

If the same happens when using a different web browser or device then the only way to get the order placed is by calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
