Can’t order phone

I've been trying to order  phone online for days now and it just keeps telling me there is an error and "its not a me problem but an us problem" it's driving me crazy! I get to checkout and then can't get any further - I've tried in different browsers and being logged in/out and it makes no difference - anyone else experiencing problems?

Hi @Janedoe  there have been quite a few similar reports. All you can do is call sky and ask them to place the order.

I have the same problem. Either Sky dont want to sell any new phones, or they want us to call up and then have a salesperson work on us?  This must be a widespread issue so why are Sky not noticing that nobody is ordering online?

Hi @I-Rate  whilst it may seem a large issue I don't believe it is, only people with problems will come onto the forum for help and compared to the vast majority (such as myself) who have never had an issue ordering online then the number will be quite small. It is a big issue for those that can't do it but the only option is to call sky so they can look at what the issue is and help place the order if needed. I think quite often the issue lies with customers who have had a sky account previously but have closed it, left and now are coming back to sky.
