I did not get a sim activation code and the robot is useless and can not help. what do i do

Hi @Amy228 if it's a physical sim it should be on the packaging that the sim came in, if it's an esim look here.

When I'm not home using my WiFi I have no service and I can't use my mobile to make calls or txt
